Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing training from this website, you (the "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from making any purchases.
2. Training Access
Upon successful payment, the User shall be granted access to the online training materials for 6 months. If you have difficulting accessing the materials, please contact maggie.cousin@gmail.com
3. Payment
All payments must be rendered in full at the time of purchase. The company reserves the right to change prices; however, any training previously purchased will remain at the original price.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are available within fourteen (14) days of purchase, contingent upon the condition that no training content has been accessed. After the fourteen (14) day period, all sales are considered final.
5. Training Completion
While the NFVLC provides comprehensive educational content, the User's completion and certification are dependent upon fulfilling all training requirements as delineated within the training materials.
6. Intellectual Property
All training materials, including but not limited to written content, videos, and graphics, are the intellectual property of the NFVLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of these materials is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the User's use of or reliance on the training or materials provided.
8. Modifications
The company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such modifications will be posted on the website, and continued use of the services shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington DC. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Washington DC.
